Santa terms and conditions:

1.      Car Parking is not included as it is a council run pay and display car park.

2.      Please arrive no earlier at the station than 15 minutes before the train departure time on your ticket.

3.      Tickets are non-refundable but may be changed to a different date/time where availability allows for an admin fee of £5 per group (via email hlrsantas@gmail.com or phone 07394 194066).

4.      If you do not turn up for your booked date/time we will not change the booking, and you will not be refunded.

5.      Whilst we will make every attempt to ensure the train runs, if circumstances beyond our control occur (for example weather conditions) then we may have to cancel your booking, and we will offer either alternatives or a full refund.

6.      Please ensure you are here in time for your train, or you may be turned away if you are late.

 

Halloween terms and conditions:

1.      Car parking is not included as it is a council run pay and display car park. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the train departure time on your ticket.

2.      The ticket is for an immediate return trip, and you will not be allowed to alight at Beachlands Station or Mengham Road Halt for safety reasons (insufficient lighting).

3.      Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.      Whilst we will make every attempt to ensure the train runs, if circumstances beyond our control occur (for example weather conditions) then we may have to cancel your booking, and we will offer either alternatives or a full refund.
